Marius Røstad

Marius Røstad is Chief Product Officer at Aidn, where he has helped build the product organisation from the early days. The goal is to give healthcare professionals better tools and more time for patients.

Before Aidn, he led product and design at Nimber, a delivery service connecting people who needed something transported with others already going that way. He later built Ruter’s product and design organisation, helping expand its offer from public transport towards broader mobility services and new business models. His responsibilities included the new app and the digital experience on buses, metros and at stops.

At Aidn, speed has been an advantage. Getting software into people’s hands early. Testing it with healthcare staff. Improving it as the teams learn what works. Healthcare is super complex, and that close contact with users has been central to finding good solutions. With AI now taking a new role into how products are experienced and built, it brings a lot of interesting questions on how disciplines work together, what work looks like and what will be important. Is it possible to move faster while making sure the products work in practice.
