Ida Aalen is currently a product leader in NAV. Before that she worked as a product coach that helps organizations get better at product managing and product strategy. Aalen was one of the founders and the product manager at the Norwegian startup Confere which in 2020 got sold to the Sillicon Valley-company Daily. And yes, she started her career at Netlife! Ida is also an active social commentator and writer, and is the author of the popular book; Bedre Produkter.
