Sashimi
Lightly cured salmon sashimi with ponzu, grilled jalapeño & avocado “mash”, pickled mango & chili
(fish, gluten (soy), sulphite, citrus)

Hummus
Turkish flatbread “bazlama” with marinated tomatoes from Hanasand, sweet onion, coriander & Marcona almonds
(gluten, nuts, lactose, sulphite, onion)

Baked beets
Baked yellow beets from Hasle Farm with chèvre & fresh cheese cream, hazelnuts, duck leg & watercress vinaigrette
(wheat (gluten), milk, mustard)

Chicken Curry (ask for vegan)
celery, sulphites (as in red curry paste), lactose and coconut milk.
The curry is gluten-free.

Lamb
Confit & glazed lamb from Førde with potato cream, grilled broccolini & cabbage from Vang Farm with wild garlic, pickled silver onions with pickled onions
(milk, mustard, sulphite)

Also there is a vegan bolw. Ask for this at the buffét!
