Vegard og Audun

Vegard Storstad is Director of Department at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV), and has previously worked for, among others, FINN/Schibsted and NRK. He has 20 years of experience leading people, products, processes, and projects, and is currently heading organizational development at the Directorate of Labour and Welfare.

Audun Fauchald Strand used to be a Principal Engineer at NAV, fulfilling his dream of both coding and calling the shots. He enjoys creating development momentum, silly naming conventions, and hearing stories about when things went wrong. These days, he’s acting head of Platform and Infrastructure, which means less coding—but a lot more invoice approvals.
