Ida Aalen

Ida Aalen is now a product leader at NAV. Before that, she worked as a product coach, helping teams and companies improve how they do product management and strategy. She also co-founded the Norwegian startup Confere, where she was the product manager until it was sold to the Silicon Valley company Daily in 2020. And yep—she kicked off her career at Netlife! Ida is also an active social commentator and writer, and is the author of the popular book; Bedre Produkter.
