Why you need validated learnings
In 2015 RiksTV ‘flipped’ the organisation and replaced departments with cross-disciplinary teams. Given that the media industry was being disrupted, RiksTV also created an enterprise startup, that should address the increasing number of Norwegians cutting their pay-tv subscription.
In this ‘in-the-trenches’ talk we’ll share our experience with doing product development in a totally different way than before and the pros and cons with enterprise startups. We’ll also talk about why you should have an agnostic approach to methodology and tools, how you can use marketing for product validation and why enterprise startups often have to lie to the rest of the organisation.
