Digitizing construction to make house buyers happy
Block Watne mapped the customer journey and found some serious flaws. To give the house buyers better insight in the building process they had to build a new service to collect and distribute relevant data.
Today, it is used by 500 employees in Block Watne and 1 000 of home buyers.
But what about the rest of the industry? They problably have the same needs. Therefore, Digital XBO was created with a goal to change the way the construction industry think about collaboration, digitalization, costumer, technology and requirements for suppliers.
